Arts +

Arts + has been developed in response to feedback from our members who were keen to get involved in an even wider programme of local events. Since the launch of Arts + in July 2024 our members have run three workshops on Paper Conservation, Botanical Drawing and Calligraphy, heard a talk from an expert on Egyptian Tomb Security, joined Benozzo Gozzoli and The Journey of the Magi on Zoom and toured the studios of two brilliant local sculptors.

We need your help

We want our Arts + programme to showcase the enthusiasm and skills of our membership. We know there are lots of our members with craft skills, artistic talent and personal stories to share about their love of the arts. What we don’t know is who you are. So, if you feel you could present a short talk over coffee, lead a guided walk, run a workshop or deliver a small group lecture on your specialist interest then simply contact Keith at: marketing.tasnw@gmail.com and we can work together to plan a session in the coming year.
